A ROBOT shall be operated solely by the DRIVER and/or HUMAN PLAYERS of that Team.

Violation: Offending ROBOT will be DISABLED

Exceptions may be made before a MATCH for major conflicts, e.g. religious holidays, major testing, transportation issues, etc.
